This excerpt demonstrates the evolution of Pushing and Pulling. The first excerpt demonstrates Pushing and Pulling with the rope whilst lines are fed to participants. The second excerpt shows Pushing and Pulling with the rope whilst lines are fed to, and then repeated by participants. Both versions of Pushing and Pulling were utilised with the rope and bamoo.
